With a dedicated dining area and a cozy living room, there's a perfect spot for every family member to feel comfortable.
"Can I pack light?"
Definitely! We understand that traveling with a family means a lot of luggage. To make your stay as convenient as possible, our house is equipped with a full set of amenities to feel like a true home away from home. You’ll find a washing machine to handle laundry with ease, and our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, from a coffee maker to a full range of cooking utensils. This means less packing for you and more time to enjoy your vacation.
"Will we have privacy?"
Privacy is one of the most cherished features of our summer house. Unlike crowded apartments or hotels, you will have the entire property to yourselves. I'm a a lover of food, and Vrsi was excellent choice. Sea food, which is my favourite was amazing and never failed to impress me. I will be coming back next summer for sure.

PERFECT HONEYMOON!
We wanted peace and utmost privacy and that was what we got. It was end of the summer season but sunsets, as always in Zadar riviera, were magical and exactly what newlyweds needed.

Amazing cozy experience in Villa Nika. Best thing is front yard and proximity of the beach - it was easy to relax because my kids had plenty of space to run around and at the same time I could keep close eye on them no matter where I was in the house.
